We typically respond within 2–5 business days. Faster for clear bug reports, slower for thoughtful feature ideas (we like to read those carefully before replying).
What to write about
🐛 Bug reports
Found a game that froze, crashed, scored incorrectly, or behaved unexpectedly? Please include:
- Which game (e.g., "Slime Crush", "Katana Slice")
- Browser and version (e.g., "Chrome 124 on macOS", "Safari iOS 17")
- What you did that triggered the bug (one short paragraph)
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
The more concrete the report, the faster the fix. We aim to ship critical bug fixes within 48 hours of a verified report.
💡 Game ideas and feedback
If a game made your morning better — or worse — we want to know. We especially like hearing:
- Which game you replayed the most, and why
- Which game you bounced off of after one play, and what would have made you come back
- Mechanics you wish we'd add (e.g., "I want a level that's just rain")
- Themes or moods you'd love to see in a future game
We don't promise to build everything, but every suggestion gets read and discussed.
♿ Accessibility issues
If a game is unplayable for you due to color contrast, screen-reader incompatibility, motion sensitivity, or any other accessibility barrier — please tell us. Web games shouldn't gatekeep, and we'll prioritize fixes.
📰 Press and media inquiries
Journalists, podcasters, video creators, and bloggers covering indie games or the post-mobile-app web: we're happy to chat. Email us with what you're working on and we'll arrange a call or written Q&A. We can provide press-friendly screenshots and game GIFs on request.
🤝 Partnerships
Other indie studios, faceless YouTube/TikTok channels, ad networks, or platforms interested in collaboration — say hello. We're a small team but open to interesting conversations.

We post game updates and behind-the-scenes development snippets on social media. Follow @passed (handles are being set up at launch — placeholders for now). If a particular game gets enough enthusiasm we'll spin up a dedicated channel.

We don't print the full address publicly to reduce spam mail. Real correspondence is welcome — just email first and we'll share the address.
What you won't get from us
- Marketing emails. We don't have an email list. If you write to us, we reply to your question and that's it.
- Account passwords. There are no user accounts on games.passed.jp, so we will never email you about a "compromised account" or ask you to reset a password. Anyone claiming otherwise is impersonating us — please report such emails to us.
- Payment requests. The site is free and there is no checkout. We will never invoice you.
